We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator who wants to help our dental office team serve our patients with kindness and trust.
The ideal candidate will be friendly, outgoing, highly organized and able to multitask.
This position is part of the heartbeat of our office as it often serves as the first and last impressions patients receive, and therefore is of the greatest importance.

Great patients and assist with check in/check out procedures Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from patients Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of both demographic and insurance information Verify insurance coverage, and process claims Prepare and present treatment plans and estimates to patients Other assigned tasks as needed
Qualifications:
A true desire to help patients with their dental needs Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask while staying organized Outstanding communication skills Proficient in using multi-line phone system and computer software Experience working in a dental office Willingness to create a warm, positive and supportive environment for both patients and team members
Experience:
Dental office experience required Computer skills with dental office software required Knowledge of dental insurance preferred Customer service skills
