Responsibilities Promptly answer incoming phone calls Caringly assist callers with their needs.
Be their Superhero! Effectively communicate via LiveChat, Email, and other forms of electronic communications Accurately schedule repair appointments based on service area and scope of work Actively communicate with the Dispatch Team regarding availability and skill sets Assist other team members as needed to accomplish shared goals Qualifications Computer and data entry proficiency (Microsoft Office and iOS) Previous Call Center/Dispatch experience preferred Working knowledge of ServiceTitan is a plus Friendly, outgoing, and service driven.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
