Experience:
Licensed or license eligible professional with a master's degree from an accredited college or university in at least one of the following areas:
social services, human services, education, psychology, or behavior analysis and three years full-time experience in supervising clinical staff.
Candidates that are license eligible must obtain licensure within six months of employment.
License/Certification must be maintained for the duration of employment.
Substitution of Education for
Experience:
Additional graduate coursework in special education, rehabilitation or therapeutic health, nursing, sociology, social work, or any behavioral science field may be substituted for the required experience on a year-for-year basis to a maximum of one year.

Job Overview
Summary:
Under direction, is responsible for management and supervision of a team of Assessment and Stabilization Facilitators within assigned region; and performs related work as required.
Distinguishing Features:
An employee in this class is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the Assessment & Stabilization Facilitators who perform a variety of consultative, intervention, and assessment work for persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
An employee in this class will evaluate regional program data and assist internal leadership with program decisions.
This class differs from the Assessment and Stabilization Facilitator in that the latter performs routine consultation, intervention, and assessment work.
An employee in this class is assigned to a 24/7, on-call rotating schedule that includes consultation and intervention when needed.
This class differs from the Assessment and Stabilization Clinical Director in that the latter functions in a more administrative capacity.
Work Activities Supervises Assessment & Stabilization Facilitators in carrying out program initiatives in specified regional areas of the State.
Assists Facilitators remotely as needed in urgent situations.
Collects and evaluates critical program data, regional reports, and trends of program outcomes.
Writes reports based on regional information collected.
Presents information as assigned, summarizing the activities of the facilitators and client outcomes.
Arranges case presentations for the purpose of clinical education.
Coordinates and maintains flow of information between external partners.
Establishes on-call schedule, caseload assignments, and required training for the Assessment & Stabilization Team Facilitators.
Conducts quality reviews and provides feedback/guidance to Facilitators.
Performs caseload coverage as needed for assigned region.
Keeps supervisor informed in regard to client needs, direct report performance, and regional program needs.
